As part of the implementation of the new EU Plant Protection Regulation and the resulting plant passport obligation for all plants, we would like to advise you that GASA Group Germany GmbH also places great importance on individual plant labelling per pot with the plant passport.
As a large proportion of our international customers requires the plant passport for every plant per pot, this is unfortunately unavoidable. There are often just a few hours between the delivery of your plants and onward transportation to the customer. We simply do not have the time to label every plant ourselves. Of course, you would also save time if you did not have to apply the plant passport separately after each order.
The plant passport can be printed directly onto the pot or applied in the form of a sticker. It would also be possible to depict the passport on a stick-in label.
We also recommend that the plant passport is not applied on the same label as the EAN, as some customers use their own EAN and this would force us to cover the original EAN.
The plant passport must be clearly visible and readable without technical aids.
